Hi, I’m Clarissa!

I’ve been happily married to my amazing husband, Derrick Thurman, for 15 wonderful years, and together we have two incredible children, Charrod and India—plus our sweet toy poodle, Bentley, who keeps us smiling every day.

I’m originally from Tallassee, Alabama, and spent 16 years living in Montgomery before settling down in Auburn, where I currently call home. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration specializing in Accounting.

With over 26 years of experience in the finance industry, I bring a deep understanding of both the financial and emotional sides of homeownership. I’m proud to be dual-licensed as both a Realtor® and a Licensed Mortgage Banker (NMLS #656712)—a combination that allows me to guide my clients through the home-buying process with clarity, confidence, and care.
